The dinner reservation system left much to be desired, often leading to confusion and forcing guests to eat at the buffet, which wasn't the culinary experience anticipated. Additionally, room changes were disruptive, with last-minute requests requiring downgrades at inconvenient times. On a couple of days, basic amenities such as air conditioning faced unexpected issues, adding to the frustration. Guests might also find the food quality inconsistent, with a few reported instances of food poisoning from one of the onsite restaurants—definitely not a risk everyone wants to take.

We just had the best time at this beautiful resort! The entertainment was fantastic, especially the Michael Jackson show and the beach parties, truly unforgettable! Plus, the Pina Grill was amazing, we enjoyed lunch right by the ocean every day. Our lagoon view room was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for enjoying the sunset. We would definitely choose this place again!

our stay at wyndham grand was fantastic! the food was amazing, especially at the sushi bar. the service was top-notch. our beach bartender, martin c, really made our experience special. the location was also a plus, being close to wonderful spots like antonio chocolate. we really enjoyed the resort spa, which was a perfect escape into serenity.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the stunning beachfront location and the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious, especially at the Brazilian restaurant where the variety of meats was impressive. The kids loved the pool and the activities offered on the beach. However, the reservation system for a la carte restaurants could use some improvement as it felt a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our family! The kids swam happily in their shallow pool, while we enjoyed the beautiful beachfront access. We loved the daily activities and the staff's attention, making our stay fun and relaxing.

Had a great time during our five-night stay. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the pool area was a great place to unwind. A highlight was the delicious sushi at the on-site restaurant! Just remember to keep track of your payments during checkout.
